摘要
介绍在离子膜烧碱系统氯酸盐产生的原因及危害性.简述2种常见的氯酸盐去除方法:排放法和化学去除法.采用ZYUC-13药剂进行氯酸盐分解试验,分解后氯酸盐质量浓度基本稳定在1 mg/L左右,分解效果明显.但是在试验过程中,药剂对设备腐蚀严重,且副反应产生的气体给生产系统造成较大的安全隐患.
Abstract
The causes and hazards of chlorate formation in ion exchange membrane caustic soda systems are introduced.Two common methods for removing chlorates,discharge method and chemical removal method,are described.Chlorate decomposition by ZYUC-13 reagent is tested.The mass concentration of chlorate after decomposition is basically stable at around 1 mg/L,and the decomposition effect is significant.However,the reagent corrodes the equipment severely during test,and the gases produced by side reactions pose significant safety hazards to the production system.
