摘要
对槽罐车灌装盐酸产品时采用的负压系统进行了技术改造,解决了原负压系统不能维持所需真空度的问题.该改造采用填料塔作为吸收设备,介绍了填料塔的设计计算及材质选择.
Abstract
The negative pressure system used for filling hydrochloric acid to tank trucks was technically modified,and the problem of the original negative pressure system not being able to maintain the required vacuum degree was solved.In the technical modification,a packed tower was used as the absorption equipment.The design calculation and material selection of the packed tower were introduced.
