摘要
介绍了用环氧乙烷和氯化氢合成氯乙醇的方法.通过控制单一变量试验,得到质量分数为85%左右的氯乙醇产品的工艺条件为:环氧乙烷和氯化氢的物质的量的配比为1:1.05,合成反应温度为30 ℃,中和反应时间为40 min(环氧乙烷流量为185 kg/h),中和反应温度为25 ℃.
Abstract
The synthesis method of chloroethanol by using ethylene oxide and hydrogen chloride as raw materials was introduced.Single variable control experiments were conducted,and the process conditions fora mass fraction of approximately 85%chloroethanol were obtained as follows:The mole ratio of ethylene oxide and hydrogen chloride was 1:1.05,the synthesis reaction temperature was 30 ℃,the neutralization reaction time was 40 min(for 185 kg/h of ethylene oxide flow rate),and the neutralization reaction temperature was 25 ℃.
