摘要

介绍了在离子膜电解槽阳极液中加酸的目的、加酸的方式.分析加酸量对离子膜电解槽产生的影响.以高电流密度自然循环复极式离子膜电解槽为例,结合氯碱生产现状况以及加酸时遇到的问题,对加酸方式给出改进意见.

Abstract

The purpose and method of adding acid to the anode solution of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis cell are introduced.The effect of acid addition on the ion-exchange membrane electrolysis cell is analyzed.Taking the high current density natural circulation bipolar ion-exchange membrane electrolysis cell as an example,combined with the current situation of chlor-alkali production and the problems encountered during acid addition,improvement suggestions are given for the acid addition method.
