氯气、氢气冷凝水制备次氯酸钠的研究

摘要
分别采用氯气冷凝水、氢气冷凝水和自来水与烧碱溶液混合配制吸收液制备次氯酸钠溶液,对制得次氯酸钠溶液的有效氯含量及稳定性进行对比.结果表明:用氯气冷凝水或氢气冷凝水生产次氯酸钠,不仅可以降低生产成本而且产品稳定性更好.
Abstract
Chlorine and hydrogen condensate,and tap water are mixed separately with caustic soda solution,and the obtained solution is separately used as absorption solution in the preparation of sodium hypochlorite solution.The effective chlorine content and stability of the sodium hypochlorite solution prepared are compared.The results indicate that using chlorine or hydrogen condensate to produce sodium hypochlorite can not only reduce production costs but also improve product stability.
