摘要
针对液氯储存单元易发生泄漏的关键工艺设备管控要点进行分析.针对原工艺存在的问题,依据《山东省液氯储存装置及其配套设施安全改造和液氯泄漏应急处置指南》和液氯相关安全标准规范,从工艺控制和设备管理两方面同时进行安全改造.提出相应的安全管控措施和改进建议.
Abstract
The key control points of equipment for key process that are prone to leakage are analyzed.In response to the issues in the old process,safety renovation is conducted from the aspects of process control and equipment management according to Guidelines for Safety Renovation and Emergency Response of Liquid Chlorine Storage Devices and Supporting Facilities in Shandong Province and relevant safety standards and specifications for liquid chlorine.Corresponding safety control measures and improvement suggestions are proposed.
