摘要

介绍了一种PVDC药包乳液的制备方法,筛选PVDC药包乳液较优的配方及工艺.采用控制变量法,研究了共聚单体的种类和含量对PVC/PVDC硬片韧性和阻隔性能的影响,引发剂含量对PVC/PVDC硬片韧性和阻隔性能的影响,乳化剂含量对乳液粒径、黏度及PVC/PVDC硬片氧气透过率的影响.结果表明:当VDC质量分数为89%~91%时,VDC/MA体系能够实现PVC/PVDC硬片阻隔性和破损率的平衡;在引发剂能够将单体完全反应的情况下,最好使用较少的引发剂,以保障硬片的破损率;乳化剂质量分数为1.8%~2.0%时,能够兼顾乳液较低的黏度和PVC/PVDC硬片较好的阻氧性能.

Abstract

A preparation method of PVDC emulsion for medicine package was introduced,and the optimal formulation and process of the PVDC emulsion were screened.The followings were studied using the method of controlling variables:The effect of the type and content of comonomers on the toughness and barrier properties of PVC/PVDC hard sheets,the effect of initiator content on the toughness and barrier properties of PVC/PVDC hard sheets,and the effect of emulsifier content on particle size and viscosity of emulsion and on oxygen permeability of PVC/PVDC hard sheets.The result showed:when the VDC mass fraction was between 89%and 91%,the VDC/MA system could achieve a balance between the barrier properties and damage rate of PVC/PVDC hard sheets;on the premise that the monomer react completely,it was best to use fewer initiators to ensure the breakage rate of the hard sheet;when the mass fraction of emulsifier is 1.8%-2.0%,the lower viscosity of emulsion and the better oxygen resistance of PVC/PVDC hard sheet could be balanced.
