摘要

采用安全检查表法和作业条件危险性分析法(LEC法),对复极式离子膜电解槽进行了全面的风险识别与评估.首先,确定了风险发生的可能性;其次,通过作业条件危险性分析法对电解槽的作业活动进行风险评估,进一步将风险分级;最后,结合现场调查和历史数据统计,进行了风险量化分析,并制定了相应的管控措施,确保风险控制在可接受的范围内.

Abstract

A comprehensive risk identification and assessment of bipolar ion-exchange membrane electrolysis cells was carried out using the safety checklist method and the hazard analysis method of operating conditions.Firstly,the likelihood of risk occurrence was determined.Secondly,the risk assessment of the operation activities of the electrolytic cell was carried out through the method of hazard analysis of operating conditions,and the risk was further classified.Finally,based on on-site investigations and historical data statistics,a quantitative analysis of risks was conducted,and corresponding control measures were formulated to ensure that risks were controlled within an acceptable range.
