摘要
以公共文化服务推动精神生活共同富裕是中国式现代化建设的重要内容,蕴含着丰富的理论内涵和鲜明的实践指向.其不仅是实现现代公共文化服务体系的重要目标和满足人民日益增长的精神文化需要的必然要求,还是实现中国式现代化物质文明和精神文明相协调的应有之义,更是展现人类文明新形态的重要表征.当前,以公共文化服务推动精神生活共同富裕面临价值整合乏力、内生能力不足、制度建设迟滞、协同效应欠佳等四重现实困境,引发了推动人民精神生活共同富裕的潜发性困境、根源性困境、制度性困境、结构性困境.鉴于此,应当以强化价值引领、增强内生动力、构建制度体系、健全协同机制为着力点和突破口,建立健全现代公共文化服务体系,扎实推进人民精神生活共同富裕的时代进程.
Abstract
Promoting the common prosperity of spiritual life through public cultural services is an important part for the Chinese marching towards modernization,which contains rich theoretical connotations and distinct practice guidelines.It is the requirement in shaping the modern system of public cultural services and meeting the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people,a must in coordinating material and spiritual civilization on the Chinese path to modernization,and distinctive symbols concerning the new form of human civilization.At present,the campaign of public cultural services to enrich the people's spiritual world is facing dilemmas of weak value integration,lacking endogenous capacity,sluggish system construction,and poor synergy effects,which in turn leads to latent dilemma,root dilemma,institutional dilemma and structural dilemma that retard the progress of spiritual life enchantment.We should therefore strive to enhance value guidance,strengthen the endogenous power,build a good institutional system and improve the coordination mechanism to improve the modern public cultural service system and promote the people's spiritual well-being.
