绿色发展背景下制造业企业创新效率评价

Evaluation of Innovation Efficiency in Manufacturing Enterprises Under the Background of Green Development

为体现制造业企业创新效率评价中的绿色发展导向,推进当前制造业企业"绿色"和"创新"一体化发展,构建绿色发展背景下的制造业企业创新效率评价指标体系,利用超效率SBM(slack-based measure)模型和Malmquist-Luenberger指数对中国沪深A股26家制造业企业的创新效率进行静态与动态评价,并与未考虑环境因素的评价结果进行对比.研究发现,不同评价指标体系的制造业企业创新效率评价存在显著差异,这些差异一定程度上可以反映制造业企业创新过程中的"绿色改善空间",能为制造业企业创新管理和绿色发展提供较为精细化的数据参考.建议制造业企业增强绿色创新意识,提高创新管理水平;探索绿色改进思路,优化创新过程管理;聚焦数字化管理、信息化整合、智能化升级,推动"创新"和"绿色"同步发展.
To emphasize the green development orientation in the evaluation of innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises,promote the integrated development of going green and innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and build an evaluation index system of innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises under the background of green development,this paper uses the super efficiency SBM(slack-based measure)model and Malmquist-Luenberger index to evaluate the innovation efficiency of 26 Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing enterprises in China,both static and dynamic,and compares the results with those without considering environmental factors.The research shows that there are significant differences in the evaluation of innovation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises with different evaluation index systems.These differences reflect to a certain extent the space there is for green improvement in the innovation process of manufacturing enterprises,and provide rather refined reference data for innovation management and green development of manufacturing enterprises.It is suggested that manufacturing enterprises should enhance the awareness of green innovation and improve the level of innovation management,explore new green improvement ideas,optimize innovation process management;and focus on digital management,information integration and intelligent upgrading to boost the synchronous development of innovation and going green.
