Intraparty Political Culture:Structure,Function and Development Path
The important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on cultivating a positive and healthy intra-party political culture is the experience summary of the construction of intraparty political culture for over a cen-tury,the strategic deployment and guidelines for strengthening the culture construction of the ruling Party in the new era,and the important part which has an original contribution in Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.The intra-party political culture is composed of three dimensions:the intraparty institutional culture,the intraparty spiritu-al culture,and the intraparty behavioral culture.To cultivate a positive and healthy intraparty political culture,we must focus on the internal structure and functions of intraparty political culture,promote the construction of intraparty institutional culture with law and governance,intraparty spiritual culture which enhances cohesion and forges the Party's soul,and intraparty behavioral culture with integrity and responsibility,so as to continu-ously and deeply create clean and upright intraparty political environment and show new intraparty political life.
