System Structure and Basic Characteristics of the Internal Party Regulations and Systems of the Communist Party of China's Anti-corruption in the New Era
Opposing corruption and building clean politics is the distinctive political position that the Commu-nist Party of China(CPC)has long adhered to.We rule the Party by the system and regulations,establish and im-prove the internal Party regulations and systems of anti-corruption,which is a distinctive feature and a key ini-tiative in anti-corruption in the new era.Since the new era,the CPC has adhered to the concept of system and problem orientation,focused on restraining and supervising power,carried out institutional construction through-out anti-corruption,gradually built up the institutional framework"prevention-detection-punishment",and con-structed the internal Party regulations and systems of anti-corruption with a focused and complete system.This relatively complete system provides a solid guarantee for the CPC in the new era to achieve an overwhelming vic-tory in the fight against corruption and consolidate it comprehensively.
