Application of Conjoint Analysis to the Design of Participatory Landscape in Senior Care Facilities
Based on the background of active ageing policy,this study chose three dimensions of health,security and participation to develop key design factors affecting landscape preference of older adults in senior care institutions,and combined them with participatory landscape design to carry out the study.Through field research and literature study,different attribute levels of landscape design were identified,and simulated scenario combinations and empirical analyses of the landscape preferences of the interviewed elderly were carried out using conjoint analysis to seek the optimal combination scheme of landscape design elements.We used interview records and literature reviews to generate data,and to get the conclusion of participatory landscape design and its application plans for senior care institutions.By doing that,we wish to provide some inspiration and reference for their landscape creation and positive ageing environment design.
