老年人陪诊意愿及影响因素研究——基于TPB/TAM拓展模型

摘要
以计划行为理论(TPB)和技术接受模型(TAM)为基础框架,根据老年人的心理特征加入信任维度,基于406份老年样本问卷的调查数据建立结构方程模型,分析老年人陪诊意愿及其影响因素.结果表明:态度、知觉行为控制以及主观规范显著正向影响老年人的陪诊意愿,感知有用性对老年人陪诊意愿的影响不显著.据此提出了推动陪诊行业全面发展的对策建议.
Abstract
Using the theory of planned behaviour(TPB)and the technology acceptance model(TAM)as a basic framework,we incorporated the dimension of trust according to the psychological characteristics of older adults,developed a structural equation model based on the survey data of 406 questionnaires of older adults and analyzed older people's willingness to utilize medical escort service and its influencing factors.The results show that attitude,perceived behavioral control,and subjective norms significantly and positively affect older adults'willingness to utilize medical escort service,whereas perceived usefulness has no significant effect on it.Accordingly,countermeasures are proposed to promote the comprehensive development of the escort industry.
