摘要
加快老龄产业发展是落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略、构建新发展格局、建设现代生产体系、实现共同富裕、增进人民福祉的重要方面.分析了我国老龄产业在新的经济发展形势下面临的严峻挑战,以及在顶层设计、内生性动力、市场环境、研发创新、体制机制等方面存在的问题,提出了未来中长期老龄产业的发展目标、发展阶段与主要措施.
Abstract
Accelerating the development of the silver industry is important in implementing the national strategy of actively responding to population ageing,building a new development pattern,developing a modern production system,achieving common prosperity,and improving people's well-being.This paper analyzed the severe challenges faced by the silver industry in China under the new economic development situation,explored its existing problems in top-level design,endogenous power,market environment,research and innovation,systems and mechanisms,and then put forward goals,stages and main measures for the medium-and long-term development of the silver industry.
