Multi-factor Measurement of Digital Culture Experience Quality from the Perspective of Smart Digital Service for Older People:A Case Study of the National Digital Library
Realizing that smart digital service for older people is an important component of smart elderly care,this study aims to explore factors that influence the quality of experience of older adults when using digital cultural public services(such as the National Digital Library),as well as the relationship among those factors.Based on the theory of quality of experience(QoE)and the mean opinion score(MOS)evaluation method,this paper constructed a multi-factor comprehensive analysis model applicable to measuring the experience quality of digital products for the elderly,and explored the internal and external validity of the model.The findings reveal key factors influencing older people's experience of using digital cultural public services,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving the quality and effectiveness of smart digital service for older people.
