居住环境适老化设计研究综述

摘要
系统梳理国内学界关于居住环境适老化设计的研究文献,总结其发展脉络和研究内容,分析存在的问题并展望未来的发展趋势.我国居住环境适老化设计研究的发展脉络紧密贴合我国人口老龄化发展进程以及国家相关政策制度演变.学者们在居住环境适老化设计的研究中重点关注住宅空间、居住微环境—老年用品、居住外部环境的适老化设计.但目前该领域研究对于老年人对居住环境的差异化需求的探讨尚有待深化,相关研究的成果转化有待加强.未来相关研究须更加关注老年人的实际需求和体验,并加强对研究成果的转化和应用.
Abstract
In this paper,the research literature on age-friendly design of residential environments in China is systematically reviewed,its development trajectory and research content were summarized,and the existing issues and future trends are analyzed.The research development in this field in China closely aligns with the its population ageing process and the evolution of relevant national policies and systems.Scholars mainly focus on residential space,micro-environments within residences(such as elderly appliances),and age-friendly design of external residential environments.However,there is still room for further exploration of the differentiated needs of older adults regarding residential environments,and transformation of research results is to be strengthened.Future research should pay closer attention to actual needs and experiences of older people,and focus more on transformation and application of research outcomes.
