因某有色冶炼公司采用贵金属品位很低的进口铜精矿为原料,影响了后续铜阳极泥处理系统的贵金属回收.试验考察了终点电位和分金液金浓度对沉金工序的影响,得到较优的终点电位控制为 270 mV,且将分金液返回分金工序进行氧化酸浸分金,每年可降低生产成本 29.31 万元.
Given that a non-ferrous smelting company uses imported copper concentrate with very low precious metal grade as raw material,it affects the precious metal recovery of the subsequent copper anode slime treatment system.The experiment examines the impact of the end-point potential and the gold concentration of the gold leachate on the gold precipitation process,and the obtained optimal end-point potential control is 270 mV.The gold leachate is recycled to the gold leaching process for oxidative leaching,which can reduce operating cost by 293,100 CNY every year.
