摘要

磷酸铵装置生产过程中存在设备结垢堵塞现象,通常采用热水清洗.总结了热水清洗的不良影响,研究以磷酸作为清洗剂热洗磷酸铵装置的可行性.以某磷酸铵厂磷酸铵装置为例,介绍了磷酸热洗的工艺流程、工艺特点及生产试验,分析了生产实践中存在的问题及其解决办法,并评价了用磷酸热洗磷酸铵装置的效果,认为该清洗方法应在磷复肥行业予以普及和推广.

Abstract

During the manufacturing of ammonium phosphate,equipment scaling and clogging may occur,and hot water is typically used for cleaning.The adverse effects of hot water cleaning,and the feasibility of using phosphoric acid are examined as a cleaning agent to hot-wash ammonium phosphate equipment.Taking the ammonium phosphate unit of an ammonium phosphate plant as an example,the process flow,process characteristics and production tests of hot washing of phosphoric acid are presented,the issues in production practice and solutions are reviewed,and the advantages of hot washing of ammonium phosphate unit with phosphoric acid are evaluated.It is believed that this cleaning method is worthy of promotion in the phosphate and com-pound fertilizer industry.
