摘要

针对易燃易爆、有毒有害料浆采用传统固液分离工艺,存在设备腐蚀、不利于安全生产、开车率低和维护困难等问题,采用单台防爆翻盘真空过滤机,并优化固液分离洗涤流程,即可实现封闭式连续固液分离,多次洗涤的工艺要求,且达到安全生产、三无排放、节能减排的目的.

Abstract

In view of the traditional solid-liquid separation process for flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful slurries,which poses issues such as equipment corrosion,unfavorable for safe production,low on-stream rate and maintenance challenges,a single explosion-proof tilting pan vacuum filter is used,and the solid-liquid separation process is optimized.The separation and washing process can achieve the process requirements of enclosed continuous solid-liquid separation and multiple washings,and achieve the goals of safe production,no effluents discharge,energy saving and emission reduction.
