Against the backdrop of the major strategic decisions of"peak carbon dioxide emissions"and"carbon neutrality",the sulfuric acid plant shall not only ensure safe operation,but also unlock the economic benefits.The process flow of the sulfuric acid plant,the causes of low-temperature flue gas dew point corrosion and concentrated acid corrosion are presented in the drying and absorption section,the source and destination of the thermal energy of the plant are calculated,and specific recommendations for reducing corrosion and increasing thermal energy recovery are proposed.
