摘要

针对某硫铁矿制酸系统开机时转化第Ⅳ、Ⅴ段催化剂温度长时间较低而导致转化率持续较低的难题,对转化升温系统进行电加热炉升温改造.介绍了气体电加热炉的优点,分析了电加热炉升温改造的可行性,阐述了改造方案及改造过程.改造后升温控制系统安全可靠,运行稳定,操作维护简单便捷,保障了硫酸装置安全稳定运行.

Abstract

With the aim to address the issue that the catalyst temperature in the Ⅳ and Ⅴ passes of the conversion remains low for a long time during the startup of a pyrite-burning sulfuric acid plant,resulting in a continuously low conversion rate,the converter heat-up system is retrofitted by using an electric heater.The advantages of the electric heater for gas heat-up are reported,the feasibility of heat-up retrofit is examined using an electric heater,and the retrofit scheme and process are described.Upon completion of the retrofit,the heat-up control system is safe and reliable,operation is stable,and operation and maintenance are simple and easy,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the sulfuric acid plant.
