摘要

针对某硫磺制酸装置尾气脱硫塔存在亚硫酸铵转化率低、曝气管易损坏、排放烟气量大、SO2浓度不稳定等问题,对尾气脱硫塔的加氨方式、曝气管及喷淋装置进行了改造,提高了亚硫铵转化率,改善了氨逸出和排放烟气外观,延长了曝气管的使用寿命,达到了降本增效、安全环保的目的.

Abstract

For issues in the tail gas scrubber of a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant,including low ammonium sulfite conversion rate,aeration pipe prone to damage,large amount of flue gas emission,and unstable SO2 concentration,the ammonia injection method,the aeration pipe,and the spray device of the tail gas scrubber tower are upgraded to increase the conversion rate of ammonium sulfite,improve the release of ammonia and the appearance of emitted gas,extend the service life of the aeration pipe,and achieve cost saving,efficiency improvement,safety and environmental protection.
