摘要

液体硅酸钠因黏度高、易结晶,给其冷却输送带来了较大困难.介绍了一种新型液体冷却输送装置的结构、工作原理及技术特点.液体硅酸钠冷却输送应用效果证明,该新型装置在不改变流量的基础上提升冷却系统的运行效率,保证了高黏度液体冷却输送的高效和节能.

Abstract

Liquid sodium silicate comes with high viscosity and is prone to crystallization,which presents significant challenges to its cooling and conve-ying.The construction,working principle and technical features of a new type of liquid cooling conveying system are presented.The application effect of liquid sodium silicate cooling and conveying demonstrates that this new device improves the operating efficiency of the cooling system without changing the flow rate,offering high efficiency and energy saving of high-viscosity liquid cooling conveying.
