摘要

某硫磺制酸装置省煤器腐蚀泄漏的根本原因是酸雾的形成.分析了酸雾形成的机理和实际生产中产生的原因,提出了有效降低酸雾产生和防控措施的建议,以减少冷凝酸对设备的腐蚀,有效提高设备使用寿命及装置运行周期,避免因设备腐蚀泄漏造成故障停车,减少经济损失.

Abstract

The root cause of corrosion and leakage of the economizer in a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant is the formation of acid mist.The mechanism of acid mist formation and the causes in acid manufacturing process are reported,and recommendations are given to mitigate the generation of acid mist and preventive measures to minimize the corrosion of equipment by condensed acid,the service life of equipment and the operation cycle of the plant are effec-tively improved,and plant failure caused by corrosion and leakage of equipment,and thus avoid economic losses are avoided.
