摘要

随着我国对环境要求越来越高,导电玻璃钢湿式电除雾器除雾效率稳定,去除SO3 和气溶胶效果好,在超低排放改造中被很多企业选用,但其在使用过程中易引发火灾.从材质、运行环境及温度等角度,分析了电除雾器起火的原因,并提出相应的预防措施.

Abstract

As the environmental regulations in China are getting more rigorous,the electrically conductive FRP wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)offers stable mist elimination efficiency in removal of SO3 and aerosols.It has been extensively selected by acid manufacturers in ultra-low emission revamp.However,the flip side is prone cause fire in operation.From the perspectives of material of construction,operating environment and temperature,the cau-ses of fire in the WESP is discussed,and relevant preventive measures are given.
