Heat Transfer Analysis of Insoluble Sulfur Production Process
In the production process of insoluble sulfur,the quenching effect not only affects the product quality,but also plays an essential role in the production energy consumption and cost.The theoretical and empirical formulas of heat treatment in the metallurgical industry are presented,and the heat transfer process of different chilling methods is simulated and calculated.It is concluded that the heat transfer coefficient of atomization chilling is much greater than that of quench chilling which is a good choice to increase the cooling rate and enhance the chilling effect.
