摘要

空分装置的氧气系统管线因输送介质是高纯高压氧气,具有极强的氧化性.结合国内某大型气体岛空分装置建设实例,分析了氧气系统管道的材质选择、液氧储罐与泵之间的管道布置、液氧管道"死区"的优化设计,以及液氧管道保冷管托的选型,并给出合理化设计建议.

Abstract

The oxygen system pipes of the air separation unit are subjected to strong oxidation thanks to the high-purity and high-pressure oxygen service.Based on the implementation of a large-scale gas island air separation unit in China,the material selection of oxygen system piping,the piping layout be-tween liquid oxygen storage tank and pump,the value engineering of the"dead zone"of liquid oxygen piping,and the selection of cold-insulated pipe supports for liquid oxygen piping are analyzed,and recommendations are given.
