摘要

在石油化工工程建设中,Q355 级低合金高强度结构钢与Q235 碳素结构钢错用、混用,会大幅降低建构筑物的主体结构承载力,严重危及工程本质安全.分析了两种钢材的Mn含量、硬度和抗拉强度等参数,提供了一种简易判别Q235 和Q355 钢材的方法,为现场钢结构材质判别提供了简易、可操作的依据.

Abstract

In the construction of petrochemical plants,the misuse and mixing of Q355 low-alloy high-strength structural steel and Q235 carbon structural steel will greatly reduce the main structural bearing capacity of the building and seriously compromise the intrinsic safety of the project.The Mn content,hardness and tensile strength of the two steels were analyzed,and a method for easily identifying Q235 and Q355 steels is presented,which provides a simple and operable basis for identifying the material of steel structures in the field.
