摘要

作为废酸裂解炉的热能供应机构,燃烧器的结构型式、燃烧性能对废酸裂解炉的安全、环保、平稳运行有很大的影响.主要分析了燃烧器氮氧化合物的产生机理和控制措施,并以废酸裂解炉为例,介绍了超级低氮燃烧器的技术机理、设备结构及应用情况,以期为环保事业做出贡献.

Abstract

As the heat supplier of the spent acid decomposition furnace,the construction approach and combustion performance of the burner poses a significant impact on the safety,environmental performance and stable operation of the spent acid decomposition furnace.The generation mechanism and control measures of nitrogen oxides in burner are examined,and the spent acid decomposition furnace is taken as an example to present the technical prin-ciple,equipment construction and application of super low nitrogen burner,in order to contribute to the environmental protection endeavor.
