摘要
分析项目风险的特点及常用的进度风险预警方法,并以某海外硫酸项目为例,介绍了该项目进度风险预警方法,以有效监控项目执行过程,预测潜在的进度风险,及时采取有效措施,降低项目执行风险,从而实现项目的工期目标和效益目标.
Abstract
The characteristics of project risks and commonly used schedule risk warning methods are examined,and an overseas sulfuric acid project is taken as an example to present the project schedule risk warning methods,with the purpose to effectively monitor the project process,forecast potential schedule risks,take effective measures in a timely manner,mitigate project risks,and achieve the project's schedule and cost targets.
