摘要
面对我国危险废物产量逐年上升的势态,为了应对工业企业大量危险废物带来的成本压力和环境风险,从生产工艺源头、利用豁免、脱水与干化、包装容器等角度探讨了危险废物减量化措施,并分析了目前危险废物减量化存在的问题,以助危险废物市场和行业的有序、规范和健康发展.
Abstract
Given the trend of increasing hazardous waste production in China year by year,in order to tackle the cost impact and environmental risk posed by a significant amount of hazardous waste in industrial enterprises,the measures to minimize hazardous waste are studied from the perspectives of production process source,utilization exemption,dehydration and drying,packaging containers,etc.,and the existing problems are analyzed in hazardous waste minimization,to facilitate the orderly,standardized and healthy development of the hazardous waste market and industry.
