摘要

在碲回收生产中,碲电积产量直接影响碲锭产量.分析了电积工序的生产条件,发现影响碲电积产量的主要原因是电积槽数少、电积澄清时间长、出装槽时间长.通过增加电积槽数和阴阳极板洗涤槽,缩短电积液沉清时间和出装槽时间,将碲锭产量提高到 31.5 t,年利润增加了 279.88 万元.

Abstract

In tellurium recovery production,the tellurium electrodeposition yield poses a direct impact on the tellurium ingot yield.The production con-ditions of the electrodeposition process are analyzed,and it is found that the main causes impacting the tellurium electrodeposition yield are the small num-ber of electrodeposition cells,the long electrodeposition clarification time,and the long time to load the cell.By increasing the number of electrolytic cells and anode and cathode washing cells,the electrolytic solution settling time and the time for loading the cells are shortened,and the tellurium ingot produc-tion is increased to 31.5 t,with an annual profit increase of 2.798 8 million yuan.
