摘要

蓄热式热氧化炉(RTO)是一种高效有机废气治理设备,具有净化效率高、运行成本低、热效率高等优点,也带来了较多的安全风险.介绍了RTO的工艺原理,结合近年来发生的RTO爆炸事故,分析了安全事故发生的原因,提出了设置废气采样分析仪、阻火器、爆破片、补氧风机、应急旁路等安全措施,以确保RTO安全运行.

Abstract

Regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)is a piece of high-efficiency organic waste gas treatment equipment with the advantages of high purifica-tion efficiency,low operating cost and high thermal efficiency,but also presents safety risks.The process principle of the RTO is presented,and by loo-king at the RTO explosion incidents that have occurred in recent years,the causes of such safety incidents is examined,and safety measures such as in-stalling waste gas sampling analyzer,flame arrester,bursting disc,oxygen makeup fan,emergency bypass are proposed,to ensure the safe operation of RTO.
