摘要
某硫酸装置余热锅炉、电除尘器及热管锅炉等设备配套的振打除灰设施,以维持各设备长周期稳定运行.介绍了不同设备配套的振打除灰设施,并提出在振打除灰设施功能失效状态下采取的应急措施,以及措施实施后的效果.
Abstract
The waste heat boiler,electrostatic precipitator and fire-tube boiler of a sulfuric acid plant are equipped with mechanical shaker ash removal device to maintain the long-term stable operation of each equipment.The mechanical shaker ash removal devices are presented for different equipment,and the emergency measures are proposed to be taken in case the the mechanical shaker ash removal device fails,as well as the effects of the measures after implementation.
