Phosphogypsum contains a large amount of organic matter and inorganic impurities such as phosphorus, fluorine, and silicon dioxide, which limits its application range. In order to solve the quality problem of phosphogypsum,a pilot study on quality improvement and purification is conducted using a cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation process. The pilot test results show that the concentrate obtained after flotation has w(CaSO4·2H2 O)≥97%,w(SiO2)≤0.8%,the concentrate yield is stable at 65%~80%,the concentration of soluble phosphorus and fluorine is greatly reduced, the white-ness of the concentrate is improved, and the quality improvement and purification effect is good.
