摘要

湿法磷酸副产的氟硅酸中夹带大量硅胶及少量氟硅酸盐沉淀,用其生产氟硅酸钠时,不仅存在堵塞系统的风险,还会造成污水排放量增加.中试采用板框压滤机对氟硅酸沉降后的硅胶稠浆进行过滤,得到的滤液清澈透明,硅胶滤渣成型较好,含水率在 35%~50%,利于带式输送机运输或袋装堆存,氟硅酸中硅胶过滤效果良好,达到了预期效果.

Abstract

Fluorosilicic acid,a by-product of wet-process phosphoric acid,contains a large amount of silica gel and a small amount of fluorosilicate pre-cipitation.When using it to produce sodium fluorosilicate,it not only presents a risk of clogging the system,but also an increase in wastewater discharge.The pilot test uses a plate and frame filter press to filter the silica gel slurry after the fluorosilicic acid is precipitated.The filtrate obtained is clear and transparent,the silica gel filter residue is well formed,and the moisture content is 35%~50%,which is conducive to belt conveyor transportation or bag storage.The silica gel filtration effect in fluorosilicic acid is good and has achieved the expected effect.
