Review of Process Optimization of Recovering Valuable Metals in the Liquid after Gold Precipitation
By examining the problems identified in the production of valuable metals in the liquid after gold precipitation,it is present to optimize the two processes of zinc powder replacement and tellurium hydrolysis in the platinum and palladium precipitation process. The optimal process conditions for the platinum-palladium precipitation process are studied during the test, and liquid caustic soda is selected instead of flake caustic soda to optimize the copper anode mud treatment process route.By applying it to actual production,it can reduce the system occupancy of 22.91 tons of tellurium per year, achieving at least 11.453 million yuan for the enterprise.
