摘要

化工、冶金行业生产过程中产生的含硫、砷、重金属等离子的酸性废水,采用中和、硫化处理时会产出液含量较高的酸性污泥,再利用较难.针对酸性污泥的物化性质,研究了压力、温度对其组分的影响,探讨污泥固液分离的有利条件,从而实现酸性污泥减排和综合利用的目的.

Abstract

Acidic wastewater containing sulfur,arsenic,heavy metal ions and other ions generated in the production process of chemical and metallurgi-cal industries will generate acidic sludge with high liquid content when treated by neutralization and sulfidation,which is difficult to reuse.In view of the physicochemical properties of acidic sludge,the effects of pressure and temperature on its components are studied,and favorable conditions for sludge sol-id-liquid separation are examined to achieve the purpose of acidic sludge discharge reduction and comprehensive utilization.
