摘要
316L奥氏体不锈钢处于腐蚀性介质中,因其焊接接头存在残余应力,易产生应力腐蚀裂纹,必须进行消应力处理.试验研究了不同时效处理方法对 316L不锈钢焊接接头残余应力的影响,探索最佳消应力方法,为 316L设备或管道的生产制造提供指导意见.
Abstract
When the 316L austenitic stainless steel is exposed to corrosive service,due to the residual stress in its welded joint,it is prone to stress cor-rosion cracking,and stress relief treatment shall be performed.The experiment studies the impacts of various stress relief methods on the residual stress of 316L stainless steel welded joints,examines the best stress relief method,and provides guidance for the manufacturing of 316L equipment or pipelines.
