摘要

由于传统石灰石—石膏法烟气脱硫会产生工业废渣硫石膏并产生CO2 废气,背离了"十四·五"规划提出的双碳目标,不符合生态环保、低碳减排、资源利用、循环经济、可持续发展的国家战略规划.从产品改型、环境保护和资源利用等方面,分析了石灰石—石膏法烟气脱硫技术转型升级的必要性,提出将其转型升级为氨—硫酸铵法脱硫技术和磷矿石—磷酸—磷石膏法脱硫技术,并针对不同的改造方案提出了具体改造措施及建议.

Abstract

Since the traditional limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization will produce industrial waste slag desulfuration gypsum and CO2 off gas,a-gainst the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals proposed in the"14th Five-Year Plan",it is not in line with the national strategy of ecological environ-mental protection,low-carbon emission reduction,resource utilization,circular economy,and sustainable development.In terms of product transforma-tion,environmental protection and resource utilization,the necessity of upgrade of limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology is analyzed,and it is proposed to upgrade it into ammonia-ammonium sulfate desulfurization technology and phosphate rock-phosphoric acid-phosphogypsum desulfurization technology,and specific upgrade measures and suggestions are proposed for different upgrade schemes.
