摘要

短网结构、布局和运行状况在很大程度上决定了热法制磷电炉装置的运行状态.分别以 2厂磷炉变压器工艺参数异常事故为例,分析了事故发生的原因及其处理过程中暴露的问题,提出了在事故排查过程中应理论联系实践,全面考虑,综合分析,吸取先进经验,不断实现核心技术的突破和创新,进一步补充完善热法制磷技术的基础理论.

Abstract

The secondary busbar structure,layout and operation status dictate the operation status of the thermal phosphorus furnace unit.Taking the up-set case process parameters of the phosphorus furnace transformer of Plant 2 as an example,the causes of the incident and the issues identified in the treat-ment process are analyzed.It is proposed that in the process of incident investigation,theory should be combined with practice,comprehensive considera-tion,comprehensive analysis,and advanced experience should be leveraged to continuously achieve breakthroughs and innovations in core technologies,and further supplement and improve the basic theory of thermal phosphorus production technology.
