约旦磷矿二水—半水物法制取湿法磷酸工艺研究

采用二水—半水物湿法磷酸工艺可直接生产较高浓度的磷酸,具有良好的节能效果,且副产的半水石膏品质较好.试验以约旦磷矿为原料,采用二水—半水物法制取湿法磷酸,分别考察了不同工艺条件对二水物流程和半水物流程的影响,获得最佳工艺条件,以制取较高浓度的成品磷酸和较好品质的半水石膏,提高P2O5回收率.
The dihydrate-hemihydrate phosphoric acid process can directly produce phosphoric acid with higher concentration,which is good energy-effi-cient,and the by-product hemihydrate gypsum comes with better quality.The test uses Jordanian phosphate rock as raw material and employs the di-hydrate-hemihydrate process to produce wet-process phosphoric acid.The effects of different process conditions on the dihydrate process and the hemihy-drate process are investigated,respectively,and the optimal process conditions are obtained to produce higher concentration of finished phosphoric acid and better quality hemihydrate gypsum,and improve the P2 O5recovery rate.
