Given the high cost of effluent treatment in sodium fluorosilicate production of a company,as well as the waste of fluorine resource and high treatment cost caused by silica gel in the raw material fluorosilicic acid,The technology of using the silica gel thick slurry produced in the fluorosilicic acid clarification process is examined to mix and react with sodium fluorosilicate effluent to address the issue of fluorosilicic acid silica gel removal and effluent recycling.The pilot test of the sodium fluorosilicate effluent recycling project is good and the expected results are achieved.Following the implementation of the project,it is estimated that the annual lime consumption and slag disposal costs of effluent treatment will be reduced by more than 40 million yuan,and the sulfur procurement cost will be saved by more than 18 million yuan,and the difficulty of water balance control of the company will be mitigated as well.
