摘要

针对某厂外销的分银精矿银含量超标的问题,通过模拟分银工序的实际工况,选择不同的氨水配制方案,对分金渣与超标的分银精矿进行分银试验,验证了分银精矿银含量超标的原因不是回用氨水质量与分银精矿洗涤效果,而是分银过程中大量氨气的散排.

Abstract

For the problem of excessive silver content in silver concentrate exported by a factory,by simulating the actual working conditions of the silver separation process,different ammonia preparation schemes are selected,and silver separation tests are carried out on gold separation slag and excessive sil-ver concentrate.It is verified that the reason for the excessive silver content in silver concentrate is not the quality of recycled ammonia water and the wash-ing effect of silver concentrate,but rather the fugitive emission of large amount of ammonia gas during the silver separation process.
