气力输送是电力、冶金、钢铁领域粉料输送的通用技术,但在实际生产中气力输送系统长期处于低效率运行状况.介绍了气力输送的技术原理,分析了输送系统高能耗运行的原因及节能技术创新的方向,阐述了常用节能技术的主要创新点,如优化系统参数、优化工艺控制、优化输送设备.认为选择一种或多种节能技术组合的设计方案,可实现提高节能技术先进性与经济性同向发展的目的.
Abstract
Pneumatic conveying is a common technology for bulk material conveying in the fields of power generation,metallurgy,and steel,however,in actual operation,the pneumatic conveying system has been in a state of low efficiency for a long time.The technical principle of pneumatic conveying is presented,the causes for the high energy consumption of the conveying system and the direction of energy-saving technology innovation are analyzed,and the main innovations of commonly used energy-saving technologies are outlined,such as optimizing system parameters,optimizing process control,and optimizing conveying equipment.It is believed that the design scheme of selecting one or more energy-saving technology combinations can achieve the goal of improving the development of technological advancement and economic efficiency in the same direction.
