摘要

筒仓是原燃料煤储运系统中重要设施.从圆形储煤筒仓的工艺布置、设备选型、物料体积计算和防爆装置等方面,总结了筒仓工艺设计要点,重点分析了其进料和出料设备的结构型式及工作原理,对比计算了不同进料和出料形式下的物料体积,为筒仓进料和出料形式设计提供依据.

Abstract

Silo is an important facility in the raw fuel coal storage and transportation system.From the perspectives of process layout,equipment selec-tion,material volume calculation and explosion-proof device of circular coal storage silo,key considerations of silo process design are presented,the con-struction type and working principle of its feeding and discharging equipment are examined,and the material volumes under different feeding and dischar-ging means are compared and calculated,so as to provide a basis for the design of silo feeding and discharging means.
