摘要

生物质气化过程中会产生大量的含氨废水,但传统蒸氨汽提工艺难以适应高浓度NH3-N废水的工况,必须对传统工艺进行优化.以某甲醇装置合成气洗涤废水的蒸氨汽提工艺为例,通过软件ASPEN PLUS模拟蒸氨汽提工艺流程,并对其设计参数进行优化.模拟结果显示:采用优化后的工艺流程,出水质量及副产品纯度明显提高,浓氨水w(NH3)达到了 22%.

Abstract

A large amount of ammonia-containing effluent is generated in the process of biomass gasification,however,it is difficult for the conventional ammonia stripping process to adapt to the working conditions of high-concentration NH3-N effluent,hence the conventional process must be optimized.Taking the distilled ammonia stripping process of syngas washing effluent of a methanol plant as an example,the ammonia stripping process is simulated by the software ASPEN PLUS,and the design parameters are optimized.The simulation findings show that the effluent quality and by-product purity are sig-nificantly improved by adopting the optimized process flow,and w(NH3)in the concentrated ammonia reaches 22%.
