摘要

某硫酸厂为了配套"双闪"厂区内硫酸厂的挖潜升级改造项目,增设了低温热回收装置进行余热发电.该装置投用后,半年内实现硫酸综合能耗负值,发电量增加 1.4×108 kW·h/a,同时实现硫酸生产过程的碳中和,减少碳排放量超过 90 kt/a,节能降耗的积极效果显著.

Abstract

In order to support the upgrading project of the sulfuric acid plant in the"Shuang Shan"plant,a low-grade heat recovery system for waste heat power generation is added.After the system is put into operation,the comprehensive energy consumption by sulfuric acid is negative,the power gen-eration increases by 1.4×108 kW·h/a within half a year,and the carbon neutrality of the sulfuric acid production process is achieved,reducing carbon emissions by more than 90 kt/a,with significant energy saving and consumption reduction performance.
