摘要
催化裂化装置是炼油企业的关键装置.针对某石化催化裂化装置出现常压渣油加工量降低、部分产品收率下降等问题,分析其根本原因是平衡催化剂铁中毒.采取了调整原料加工方案、优化操作参数、提高催化剂反应活性等措施治理平衡催化剂铁中毒问题,从而快速恢复加工量,改善产品分布情况,最终实现装置经济高效运行.
Abstract
The catalytic cracking unit is a key unit in an oil refinery.In view of the problems of reduced atmospheric residue processing capacity and re-duced yield of some products in a petrochemical catalytic cracking unit,the root cause of equilibrium catalyst iron poisoning is analyzed.Measures such as adjusting the raw material processing plan,optimizing the operating parameters,and improving the reactivity of the catalyst are taken to control the prob-lem of equilibrium catalyst iron poisoning,so as to promptly restore the processing volume,improve the product distribution,and eventually achieve the e-conomical and efficient operation of the plant.
